This course provides a baseline of what Information Security is. The course goes over the System Life Cycle Management as well as five core concepts of Info Sec which are confidentiality, integrity. availability, and authentication. Additional topics include Physical Security, policy formation and deployment, and basic issues of law and privacy. The course also encourages team work by doing a team project and weekly team exercises.
